all you would like to know a bit more about your future partners in Italy:
In 1991 my husband
and I moved to this beautiful part of the world. 
We
reconstructed an old farmhouse (see below) to our taste and requirements
only with a crew of local workers and without professional help
of consultants, builders and architects. We went through quite some experience,
and of course we also made mistakes. When finally our house was ready and
we were happy with it, we thought it might be a good idea to pass on our
knowledge to people who wanted to fulfill their own dream of a home in
Italy. Since we are both journalists and speak some languages (more or
less), it seemed that we were also qualified to work as property consultants.
So we decided to do just this. Meanwhile our company is among the eldest
and probably most experienced in the area, and of course we are cooperating
with a whole network of professional Italian builders, architects, surveyors,
bankers, notaries and lawyers... In the fifteen years after our own
first experience we have been consulting 450 clients from the day they
decided to buy their properties until they moved into their new homes.
