noble family, this marvellous property is outstanding in many respects: It has a dominant position on a hill high above the Metauro River with a 360 degree view from the mountains over the typical rolling hills of Le Marche until the Adriatic Sea. The beach near Fano is only a quarter of an hour distant. The building has been basically reconstructed to an inhabitable and comfortable state but has remained original as far as possible. Some of the structures will have to be modernized, the entire basement, built into solid rock is still as it was over the centuries and wants to be refurbished.
