This is the
classical "casa colonica" built of pink and white stone from the "Gola
di Furlo" situated on a lovely spot in the midst of vineyards of the "Castelli
di Jesi". It is the land of Verdicchio-wine. The well preserved former
wine-growers house stands above the valley of the MIsa with free panoramical
views over vineyards, romantic villages and little towns towards the eastern,
southern and western directions. The north is sheltered by a slope with
wines and fruit trees. Hundreds of years old oaktrees hem the property.
The structural substance
is surprisingly good. Barrelshaped vaults in the groundfloor secure the
stability. of the building.
This property is
ideally suited eithr for a summer residence of a family or/and a permanent
residence after retirement. Arcevia, the beautiful town on hilltop s not
far. But also the distances to other towns and shopping centers , hospitals
and very good restaurants and schools like "Serra di conti" or "Montecarotto"
are short. Children are beeing picked up from everywhere by schoolbuses.
A tight network of buses links everything with everything. Agreably short
are the distances to the sea, the motorway and airport. The infrastructure
of the area is excellent.
