The position of this property is absolutely stunning: situated on a plateau between the medieval villages of Corinaldo and Ostra-Vetere it overlooks the rolling hills of Le Marche  with its romantic castle-villages until the near  range of high montains of the Apennin. The house itself has been totally renewed a few years ago respecting the old materials of the former rustico. Only the traditional fieldstone-facade has been plastered. But this "defect" in non-Italian eyes can be corrected in a few working days  by simply lifting off the plaster. The inside has been shaped generously but one could add one or two bedrooms by transforming an open barn at the western part of the house to living space (building licence guaranteed). Additional living space can also be added using the big adjacent building. Shops, schools  restaurants and all the urban facilities are reacheable within a few minutes. Neighbours are  close but not to close and distances to the sea, the motorway, the mountains are short.  There is no pool yet. But in our area there is no need for a long and complicated securing of approval like for instance in the neighbouring region of Tuscany. You will get a good pool for 20.000 Euros including all the pumps, filters and surroundings.
