Everything worth to be saved has been meticulously replaced in traditional style to transport modern comfort in medieval surroundings.
This property is ideal for somebody who always dreamt of living in a historic tower.
Exceptionally beautiful the view from every window overlooking the rolling hills of Le Marche with the high mountains of the Appenin in the far distance. On the ground floor where all the original stone interior walls have been restored, there is the typically local kitchen with built-in furniture, an adjacent utility room and a spacious "taverna-style" dining room with huge arches. Both kitchen and dining-room have French windows and direct access to the Piazza.
A stone staircase leads to a central room with fireplace on the first floor. This room is presently used as a second kitchen but can easily be converted to a studio or library. Next to it a guestroom with a small bathroom (toilet, washbasin and bidet). The elegant master bedroom with lavish bathroom is on the 2nd floor.
