Greetings from Tuscany - cyprus trees, wine, olives, figtrees give a very distinct imprint to the  landscape surropunding this hamlet. The pink stone of the buildings give an interesting contrast to the grey-green color of the olives and to the blue of the sky. All the five buildings of this property near the medieval township of Arcevia are very well preserved - some of them have recently been restored. The main building is ready for immediate occupancy. In one of the buildings you still find the old oil-mill beside the "cantina" (wine cellar).
Properties like this particular one you find sometimes in Tuscany and Umbria - but at least twice the price.

This "borgo" is of course particularly suiteable for high-level tourism. With a yearly occupancy of 60% average this is an interesting investment - particularly if it is done with knowledge and energy. And of course with the necessary capital - because you clearly must invest  above the purchase price if  you want to transform this fascinating rural  hamlet into a modern plant with generously sized appartments and pool...
