This enchanting town-house is locoated outside of our normal area. We offer it on behalf of a friend who has bought a wonderful estate in our region and  now wants to sell this jewel. Here is her own the description:

The house is entered through the garden. On the first level there is a bedroom with appr. 15 sqm. and a bath with jaccuzzi and a washing machine as well as a stockroom and a walk-in  cloakroom. Upstairs is the living/dining room in open architecture with 35 sqm, open fireplace and  a seperate kitchen with a windowfront towards the dining area.  The house belongs to the  village of Gardone Riviera where among many other distinctive guests Winston Churchill used to spend his summers at the famous Grand Hotel.  “ Winnies Bar” in the Hotel has been established for him and is still the place to go. Also situated in Gardone is the famous Heller-Garden, a botanical garden built by the dentist of the last Zar of Russia. In this garden, which is within 5 minutes walking distance from the house tropical and subtropical plants from all over the world testify  for the exceptionally mild climate of Gardone.
A  beachclub with a very private atmosphere  offers access to the lake for swimming, lunch , sun chairs  and a diving club ( 10 minutes walking distance , 3 minutes by car..

The neighbour town Salo is well known for its elegant shops and restaurants.

Flights from London  to Brescia ( airport 30 minutes drive) and Bergamo (airport 45 minutes drive via Ryan Air.
