This massive natural stone building is a former mill that is hundreds of years old and is a monument of long forgotten times. It is located in an idyllic landscape that looks out over green meadows and wooded hills. Unspoilt nature, an idyll in a wide valley in which the harassed northern European can 'let his soul breath' and feel at ease. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes away from the historical market towns of San Lorenzo in Campo, Arcevia and Pergola. The property consists of three parts: the imposing landowner's house, the cosy farmhouse and the romantic house of the miller. It offers a lot of space, nooks and crannies on the different levels and innumerable architectural gems: great fireplaces, well preserved terra cotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings, wall nooks, steps and arches. Enthusiasts will be pleased by the mill, which has been almost completely preserved. On the ground floor there are storage rooms that are like tavernas and there is a 'grotta', which was the underground cooling chamber that was used instead of refrigerators at one time. The main-building (the "Villa") has lately been totally retaured and ecquiped with all modern features using the many original aspects. It is ready for immediate occupation.
