description
not yet complete

This historical Villa was built in 17th century (on yet much older foundations) by the noble Italian family "Piccinini" . Later it changed hands to an  archbishop of Urbino.
It was built on one of the most spectacular and beautyful places of the entire area not more than 10 km distant from the famous town of Urbino (birthplace of the painter Raffaele, renaissance-jewel and University).
With its size and position it is particularly suitable for a turistic activity, a romantic-hotel or a center for seminares. There are also plans to divide it into individual apartments and to create a very special self contained home for retirement.
Thre is already an existing and approved project with considerable contributions by the state, the EC and office of protection of the "belle arte": One could claim until 40 % of the restructuration-costs as contributes "a fonds perdu"
The property is restaured in parts (roof) and it has been inhabitated until a relatively short time ago.
